Fo4 duplication glitch.
Here's how it works: place an item in a chest, die in the game, and then use Alt+F4. Upon reloading, the item will be present in both your inventory and the chest. This unintended duplication of items can be frustrating when it occurs without your knowledge. yeah it sometimes happen randomly which is annoying.
I have heard about this glitch quite a lot. Most people say the effect permanently works on all guns, even after putting the original gun into a container. I don't think anyone figured out how to reliably trigger the glitch though. Honestly if you’re playing with mods already, you should download a mod to remove the settlement build limit altogether. No reason you should have to do a glitch just to build a bit more. I have a mod that makes the build limit unlimited, combine that with place anywhere and scrap anything mods and boom no more glitches to build. Got hit by a SM Suicider's Nuke, and instead of dying, glitched with a (seemingly) permanent burning effect. I've slept, waited, and saved and restarted.

Here are the steps: Start the game in a multiplayer world. Put all the items you want to duplicate in your inventory. Then move the items from the inventory to the chest. Press Esc and then Alt + F4 at the same time on your keyboard. The chest will start to close and the game will close while that is happening.

Duping in workshop mode is easy. Take what you want from the workbench and drop it in the ground and go into workshop mode. The infinite XP glitch is awesome and is the best I've seen, up to 20k/minute and requires the Automatron DLC and the robot workbench.
