The 3D Chambers seem to have this issue a lot. Happened to me with the 3D chamber that came with my Peak Pro. Contact Puffco. I did. Gave them the info, a quick vid of the machine doing the red white red white. They will want the serial number on the bottom of the chamber as well but if it is as new as you say they will replace it.

I soak every ~50 dabs or so with the three gold pins slid out of the insulator. I run it between 515 and 545 for the most part. Its also been dropped in the past week which broke the upper ceramic ring. The pieces didnt fall out, and I put the chamber jacket back on, which holds the pieces in formation where they should be.
