Turning in your notice and then serving your final 2 weeks means you would part on good terms and can be rehired in the future. It looks better to other employers as well since you wouldn't seem as unreliable or a flight risk.

Yes, I believe after 6 months you can reapply. Nope they mark you as non hirable. If you are flagged as unhireable for a number of reasons (stealing, working for a competitor) they will know and discard your application. Yes they will know if you worked there and were fired.
Different warehouses have different rules. The one I work at has a 48 hour policy. You can quit same day if you'd like, and so long as you're in good standing, you can reapply after 48 hours.
