If you pull that plastic tab out, then use a small screwdriver or thin metal object to push the shift lock override lever down in that hole, it should go to park then and then you should be able to get your key out. In order to release the key you can use vibration on the head of the key, graphite inside of the cylinder and silicon spray (WD-40) to get the cylinder to release. I would recommend replacing the cylinder after you remove the key since if this happened once it will happen again.
