M1811 grip mod.
The ones I know of are Polymer 80, Wilson Combat, Mirzon, Multiple different companies that sell laser stippled SIG frames and one I just recently learned about that is IMO the best polymer grip mod you can get, the Brouwer Solutions M1811 grip. It feels and points like a 1911/2011 with enough grip without being overly abrasive.

Just google "22.45 grip mod" and you will get lots of step by step guides. You could also try to trade it in at the local gun shop and pick up the replacable grip model. Either way hope this helped.
