Magus build pathfinder.
That is the biggest hurdle for this build imo. You won't be a full gunslinger, so won't have your way reload until later levels to help even out your action economy. And Magus in general is already pretty action starved. Starlit is less so than the melee centric ones, but spellstrike being 2 actions makes it tough to fit in reload actions.
Given the builds above, you can create a good Magus with almost every race: anything with a boost to str, dex or int is a decent choice. Of course, small races should avoid the strength build. The spellstrike uses your attack roll to determine the success of the spell. Don’t bother pumping STR too much. The +1-2 extra damage isn’t that big a deal. Champion is a good choice because you can also get the champions reaction retributive strike and ranged reprisal which works really well with ranged weapons.
