MGW in my opinion provides a more "complete" shifter upgrade.

My MGW was an improvement over the C6 shifter, it is very notchy, and direct/short, but it requires more effort than I would prefer, even with the anti-venom mod. I sometimes still have issue getting it into 2nd quickly when down shifting. I don't have many miles on the MGW, so maybe it will loosen up.

The "Flat Stick" has a small collar that locks the ball to the brass thread they epoxy into the ball in whatever direction desired. They supply a special wrench to tighten in the shifter kit.
