When I compared the two, miles down was great for general concept knowledge with some indepth stuff for high yield material. What i recommend you do before doing any content review is suspend all cards. Once you began a chapter (let's say endocrine) then go into browse and if you have a deck that's sorted by coffin that makes it super easy just unsuspend that chapter. if not, search up endocrine, the hormones you study, etc in the search bar.
