Go to settings and delete all other boundaries you have created and create a new one. It disappears. J make a giant normal guardian instead. Just make a normal boundary and spin in a circle to draw it a ways away from you. At the bottom of the Guardian settings there is a sensitive bar. Move it all the way to the left.

The Quest home menu is at the correct height. Every game I start, however, appears much lower then it did before the update. For example in Beat Saber my eyes are level with the heading "Campaign"/"Solo" whereas before my eyes were level with the 3rd-4th song in the list.
