It will take time… a few months to get into your OWN groove as rxm, and the way you like to do things and works best for you and your team. Best thing is to be courteous to your team but also firm to make sure things get done. You'll find out that a lot of them probably don't care to get things done or properly.

An RXOM is higher than ESM but the transition from SFL to ESM is seamless. Going from no pharmacy experience to RXOM is crazy to me. You need to be a Certified Pharmacy Technician for 1+ year in order to become a RXoM. Not to nitpick but rxom and esm are the same as far as hierarchy goes.
