I got my save working by deleting Script Extender and removing the tutorial chest summoning mod that uses it. BasketEquipment mods and ModularEquipment mod seem to work, and the save loaded even if it gave that warning about disabled mods on the Tutorial chest summoning mod. So, there might be a combination that might work for you too.
