Dec 26, 2023 · My problem with TheTVApp not working is with my wife not knowing how to figure out what’s wrong. She’s really pretty good at learning things and has learned the ins and outs of the Firestick 4K Max and enjoys it but she really gets frustrated with TheTVApp working and not working. Hey PF. I took a break from setting stuff up and I owe you an apology. I did use thetvapp(dot)to on my shield but it was through the browser. I mixed it up with the roku channel. That’ll teach me to try and multi task. So yes you can watch it on the shield but you were right, the apk cannot be installed. Again I apologize for my mistake. Because of it's super lightweight design, thetvapp.to gave a new lease on life for obsolete devices, like old iPads running on iOS 9. Cloudfare effectively cripples such devices. Thankfully, it looks like it's not active right now. I hope the operators refrain from taking this unneeded step and keep things as is!
