I don't work on big power methanol/alky motors. Most were oem applications turbo setups where people ditch gaskets and hope for the best with RTV.

The CNC BB3Xtra flows decent air and would be a good choice if you're looking for a decent power band. Another good choice would be the Dart 355 CNC. Bigger heads will flow more air and work better at higher rpm but may not make better power. You could use a pair of much smaller turbos and reach your goals. One of my customers went a 6.89 at 3150 lbs with a pair of 80's on a 509 BBC with BB2 xtra heads.
