Share. wnbafl. • 5 yr. ago. On my previous 135i, maxcare paid approximately $10k over four trips to the dealer with a $50 deducible within 1.5 years of ownership on a 5 year plan I bought for 3k. I sold the car shortly after and cancelled the warranty for a $1.5k refund. It worked out pretty well.
