Previously I was running WICO > ICOW > WICO/ICOW Patch Now I am running ICOW > WICO > WICO/ICOW patch and the blackfaces are gone, so far. I suppose this means that the game was expecting WICO facegen values, but was being supplied with ICOW facegen values at the last stage, causing the blackface.
